Policies

General policy 

♥ All sizes are welcome here, however, it is up to the client to enquire about the sizes of chokers and accessories before purchasing.

♥ Custom orders require a 50% deposit before I start on them.

♥ No refunds unless an item arrives damaged - damaged item will be collected and returned to me.

♥ Exchanges are allowed within a 1 week period - the client pays for shipping.

♥ No exchanges on custom items.

Crediting/respect policy

My craft will always be an art to me and I will always see myself as a creative. Hours upon hours are spent not only on making items but also on designing them. Therefore, I ask that my designs be respected. 

♥ Please ask me and/or credit me somewhere if you request/create a design that is inspired by my work.

♥ I will also refuse to copy someone else's unique design even if it is a custom order.

Shipping

♥ Please allow an extra 1 - 2 days for processing.

♥ You will be sent an email with your tracking no. once your items have been shipped.

♥ If shipping is delayed, it is up to you to follow up with the courier. 

Shipping within South Africa

♥ Local shipping is by default, express door-to-door shipping.

♥ Shipping is R80 within Gauteng and R90 elsewhere in South Africa.

♥ Shipping usually takes 1-3 days.

The US and UK

♥ Shipping takes approximately 7 days.

♥  DHL door-to-door express with tracking is used.

♥ You will be responsible for any extra customs fees.

Elsewhere

♥ Please use the chatbox or email me where you'd like your items to be shipped to and I will email you a quote. If happy, I will then generate an invoice with a payment link.

♥ DHL express with tracking will be used
